During a period of transhumance, among the shepherds, a new recipe is born spontaneously from the meeting between the simplicity of Patarò Gnocchi dough made with only potato and water and a typical recipe of the Roman’s countryside: filled gnocchi with pecorino cheese and peppercombining taste and tradition. They are free from eggs, gluten and preservatives. These gnocchi are rich in taste, they contain a heart of pecorino cheese and pepper that gives a unique character to the dish, and are ready within minutes, for a lunch that ensures great satisfaction in a few moments.
